Are you passionate about driving product innovation and optimizing business processes? We're looking for a dynamic Product Owner to help shape and enhance our core systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful implementation of new features that align with both customer needs and business goals.
What You'll Do:
Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
Partner with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and seamless execution.
Translate complex customer needs into functional requirements using flow charts, documentation, and other tools.
Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions to keep development priorities aligned.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
Monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and identify areas for enhancement.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product and application lifecycle management.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and UX/CX enhancements.
Define project impact, KPIs, and success metrics.
Ensure scope and budget changes are communicated and approved by relevant stakeholders.
Deliver engaging presentations and provide end-user training to promote adoption across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product development and implementation.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years as a Product Owner, with at least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze, synthesize, and recommend actions that align with business objectives.
Project Management: Familiarity with product, application, and project management lifecycles.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and embraces change.
Proactive Approach: Takes initiative with a clear business purpose in mind.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with exceptional follow-through.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, project management tools, and relevant open-source software.
