Role- Windows Consultant Architect Level

Location- Remote

Durations- 6+ Months

Exp Level- 12+ yrs

USC only

Key Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in Windows Architecture & Engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Microsoft Intune (modern device management)
  • SCCM/MECM (legacy systems management and migration)
  • Windows OS lifecycle management
  • Patch management and compliance
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management, security hardening, and OS upgrade strategies

Responsibilities:

• Architect and support the retirement of AirWatch and full adoption of Intune
• Partner in rolling out CrowdStrike, feature upgrades (e.g., 24H2), and Windows 10 11 migration
• Develop templatized, reusable processes for OS deployment and upgrades
• Drive adoption of SCCM to Intune migration strategy
• Align with security and compliance requirements for hardening and patching (N-2 standard)
• Contribute to reporting and analytics for endpoint and upgrade compliance
• Participate in innovation initiatives such as Intune Suite evaluation, Nexthink strategy, and ChatNow ticket automation

Team Vision & 2025 Goals:

• Retire AirWatch, migrate fully to Intune
• 100% saturation of CrowdStrike on Windows endpoints
• Deliver annual OS upgrade framework
• Upgrade all Shared Devices to Windows 11
• Reduce live agent tickets to 0% (chat-based resolution)
• Contribute to user experience improvements and system process enhancements
