Job Description

Are you a skilled MIG Welder who thrives in a fast-paced, custom fabrication setting? We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented welders to join our team in a contract manufacturing, high mix/low volume environment where no two jobs are the same and craftsmanship is key.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform MIG welding on a wide variety of custom metal parts

  • Work from blueprints, work instructions, and job travelers to meet specifications

  • Set up, tack, and finish welds with a focus on quality and consistency

  • Collaborate with the team to solve fitment or welding challenges on custom jobs

  • Use grinders, clamps, and fixtures to ensure precision and cleanliness

  • Conduct self-inspection and ensure work meets quality standards

  • Maintain a proficient pace while ensuring safe and accurate welds

  • Show up every day ready to learn, work hard, and contribute

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with MIG welding in a job shop or contract manufacturing setting

  • Strong understanding of welding symbols and blueprint reading

  • Ability to work on a variety of parts, materials, and thicknesses

  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Experience with grinding, fitting, and fabrication tools

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • A solid track record of reliable attendance

  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Opportunities for cross-training and career advancement

  • A tight-knit team that values quality, safety, and respect

  • Work for a company that invests in its people and equipment

Ready to weld something different every day? Apply now and bring your skills to a team where custom work is the standard!

  • Understanding of metals, basic fabrication processes, welding robots, and welding & grinding equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Able to use measurement tools & equipment
  • Willing to work overtime as necessary
  • Certified Welding Technician is a plus!
