MB2 Dental, a Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and headquartered in Carrollton, TX, is seeking a Video Production Associate to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of various key responsibilities.

We’re seeking someone passionate about creating valuable content and willing to travel. The Video Production Associate is responsible for making videos for MB2 Dental and all aspects of video production from pre- through post-production, as well as capturing high-quality photographs of our doctors and their dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and develop photo and video content that meets project objectives.
• Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality photos and video footage.
• Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere and other software in the Adobe Creative Suite to create polished final products.
• Edit raw photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Incorporate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enhance visual storytelling.
• Manage video production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Work closely with clients or stakeholders to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into edits.
• Maintain organized files and archives of all video projects for easy retrieval.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong skills in both photography and videography, including camera operation and lighting techniques.
• Experience in video editing with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
• Familiarity with motion graphics creation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of film production processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media content creation is a plus.
• Proficient in using Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop to edit photography.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks related to video projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is required.
• 25% Travel required.
