Description Associate Attorney Position Summary: Midsize law firm is seeking a skilled and self-motivated estate planning and trust/probate administration Associate Attorney with 7+ years of relevant legal experience to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust and probate administration, high level writing and analytical skills, and a proactive solution-oriented mindset focused on client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: · Meet with clients to discuss and review estate planning goals and process · Drafting of all aspects of estate planning from start to finish · Keep clients informed as to status · Manage and oversee the entire process of trust administration and probate administration · Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and team members · Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures · Represent clients in Court, Arbitration, Depositions, and Mediation as needed Requirements Requirements: · Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school. · Active license to practice law issued by the State Bar of California · 7+ years' experience as a practicing attorney · Experience with trust and probate litigation, including evidentiary hearings is a plus · Strong analytical and communication skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently · High level of professional ethics and integrity · Experience working in a law firm is preferred · This is not a remote work opportunity Details: · Full time exempt employee position · Medical benefits · Vacation · Salary is market competitive Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
