Associate Attorney - Transactional Focus
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
We are seeking a dedicated and business-savvy Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join our firm in Pittsburgh, PA . This role is ideal for an attorney with a transactional focus , providing strategic counsel to businesses, nonprofits, and individuals in complex legal matters.
Practice Areas:
Business & Nonprofit Law - Advising business clients and nonprofit organizations on formation, contracts, compliance, and governance
Media & Public Records Law - Guiding clients on First Amendment rights, public records access, and defamation issues
Family Law - Handling high-stakes divorce, custody, and support cases with a results-driven approach
Estate Planning & Probate - Crafting wills, trusts, and managing estate/trust administration
Campaign Finance & Election Law - Advising on campaign finance regulations, ethics compliance, and election disputes
Municipal & Government Representation - Representing clients before local, state, and federal agencies

Qualifications:
✔️ Active Pennsylvania law license
✔️ 1-5 years of experience (transactional law, business law, estate planning, or related areas preferred)
✔️ Strong analytical, contract drafting, and client advisory skills
✔️ Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with the team
