Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Systems Integration Engineer, you'll work across multiple technology domains to connect, automate, and optimize our enterprise systems. Reporting to the Director of Automation, you will collaborate with various teams to implement integrated solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

Detailed Description:

  • Design and implement integrations between enterprise systems and platforms

  • Develop and maintain process automation solutions across multiple business units

  • Implement cloud-based solutions in AWS and Azure environments

  • Support AI/ML initiatives by integrating platforms and tools with existing systems

  • Work with enterprise systems including:

  • SAP ERP

  • Salesforce CRM

  • AWS and Azure cloud services

  • VMware

  • Enterprise AI platforms

  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements

  • Create and optimize automated workflows across various business processes

  • Develop and maintain system integration documentation and runbooks

  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple platforms

  • Partner with business groups to understand their needs and implement appropriate solutions

Desired:

  • 3+ years of experience in systems integration and automation

  • Strong foundation in enterprise system integration patterns and practices

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and their services

  • Knowledge of integration and automation best practices

  • Experience implementing solutions that adhere to enterprise security standards

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or similar)

  • Experience with API integration and development

  • Understanding of enterprise compliance requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills and systematic approach to troubleshooting

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple technical teams

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI/ML platform integration

  • Cloud platform certifications (AWS/Azure)

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines

  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles

  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms

  • Background in process automation and workflow optimization
