**Description:** **What We're Doing** Become a part of something IMPACT\-ful\! Ground Missile Defense \(GMD\) is the heart of the Missile Defense System and a key element of our nation's defense against ballistic missile attacks\. The GMD Weapon System \(GWS\) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat\. **The Work** The successful candidate will be performing System Reliability & Maintainability \(RAM&T\) Engineering Analysis\. The candidate will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem RAM&T performance requirements for all design changes and new development efforts to ensure that RAM&T program requirements are achieved\. The primary responsibility of the position will be reliability, maintainability, and testability\. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits package here\! \( \#rmshotmiljobs **Basic Qualifications:** - Active Secret Security clearance - Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university and 6 months of engineering experience\. - Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent team collaboration and communication skills \(written and oral\) - Must be able to work on site, in office **Desired Skills:** - Perform RAM&T allocations and predictions - Develop Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis \(FMECA\) analysis - Perform Built In Test \(BIT\) testability analysis - Develop mission reliability analysis - Support the development of teams in the investigation of issues - Familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis \(FTA\) - Experience with Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System \(FRACAS\) - Experience with maintainability demonstrations - Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing \(HALT\), Reliability Growth Testing \(RGT\), and Environmental Stress Screening \(ESS\) **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
