Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator to join a dynamic team at TJX Corporate Logistics . This fully remote position requires a strong background in systems administration, with specific experience in managing applications and supporting logistics and retail platforms. The role involves collaborating with both business partners and IT teams to ensure efficient system operations and continuous improvement.

This is a contract-to-perm opportunity, and we are looking for candidates with 5 10 years of experience in a systems administration role. The position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in system testing, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the deployment and onboarding of applications.
• Maintain a functional knowledge of logistics processes and platforms.
• Perform post-change validations to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Compile and present the benefits of system patches and upgrades, managing testing activities in collaboration with IT teams.
• Address incoming requests or problem tickets from end-users, resolving application-related issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with business and IT teams, enhancing functionality and efficiency.
• Communicate system updates, issues, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts across Logistics, IT, and application providers to resolve issues and improve system performance.

Required Experience:

• Systems Administration: 5 10 years of hands-on experience with system management, issue logging, tracking, and communicating with stakeholders.
• System Testing: Experience in managing and executing system testing and validation.
• Trade Compliance Systems: Familiarity with trade compliance systems (e.g., Datecart) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Logistics Experience: Experience in logistics operations and platforms.
• Retail Experience: Prior work in retail systems or environments.
• Stability in Previous Roles: Preference for candidates with longer tenures at previous positions.

Top Skills:

• Hands-on system administration experience, with a focus on issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in system testing and validation processes.
• Experience with trade compliance systems is a plus.

Additional Information:

• This role is fully remote, with the possibility of occasional office visits (quarterly) at the Marlborough, MA location.
