Structural BIM Manager
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and enhance our BIM processes within the structural steel storage sector. The BIM Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing BIM strategies to improve collaboration, efficiency, and accuracy across all projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of BIM methodologies specific to structural steel applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM management, preferably in structural steel or industrial storage solutions.
Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 .
Strong understanding of structural steel design, fabrication, and construction processes.
Experience with clash detection, coordination, and model-based cost estimation.
Ability to train and mentor staff on BIM workflows and software.
Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 19650, AISC, and other relevant BIM protocols .
