IMPACT: As the Solution Architect Consultant (Oracle Supply Chain) you will drive the optimization of operations and unlock the full potential of customers' Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process—spanning procurement, order management, inventory management, logistics, and transportation—while spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and best practices both on-prem and cloud. You’ll leverage Oracle SCM’s powerful export capabilities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable cost savings. A Day in the Life:

  • Identify, write, and manage business requirements as related to Oracle SCM and Oracle Supply Chain Cloud.
  • Contribute to functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design.
  • Support configurations, customizations, reporting, testing, and user training.
  • Leverage Oracle Supply Chain export functionality to extract and analyze data for improved decision-making.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency, including automation and integration with other systems.
  • Provide ongoing support to Oracle Supply Chain users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle SCM issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials; deliver training sessions.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and analysis.
  • Travel to clients on a milestone basis

IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Oracle Supply Chain SME (EBS & Cloud) with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
  • Must have experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications, particularly demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Current Oracle SCM Cloud experience is required.
  • Functional expertise with the most of the following Oracle modules; Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV - Receiving, Inventory Management, Shipping, Picking, Counting, Basic Planning), Pricing (QP) and Purchasing (PO). Additional experience with Global Order Promising (GOP) & Costing (CST) is a plus.
  • Multiple years of experience working as a full-time employee of an Oracle Partner consulting firm in a similar role.
  • Success with the delivery of at least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deadline driven while providing high-quality work.
  • Adept at leading and mentoring team members.
  • Able to travel <20% for project milestones.
  • US Citizen or US Permanent Resident based in the Eastern or Central time zone to support EST/CST work.
