Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our organic Instagram and YouTube presence while also creating compelling content for paid ads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of social media advertisements, and has a proven track record of producing high-quality content.

Your Responsibilities Include…

  • Developing and executing organic content strategies for Instagram and YouTube to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Planning and creating high-quality, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
  • Monitoring social media trends, audience insights, and platform updates to optimize content strategy.
  • Analyzing engagement metrics and performance data to refine social media tactics.
  • Conceptualizing and creating engaging content for paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
  • Writing compelling ad copy and designing visually appealing creatives that drive conversions.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure ad content aligns with broader marketing goals.
  • Engaging with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty.
  • Reporting on social media performance with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

A Typical Day Could Look Like…

Morning – Content Planning & Strategy: Reviewing social media insights and planning content to align with trends and upcoming campaigns. Creating and editing video and graphic content for upcoming posts.

Midday – Community Engagement: Monitoring comments and messages, interacting with followers, and fostering conversations to enhance community engagement.

Afternoon – Ad Creative Development: Brainstorming and producing engaging ad creatives for paid campaigns, refining messaging, and ensuring alignment with marketing goals.

Evening – Performance Review & Adjustments: Reviewing engagement metrics and ad performance to tweak strategies for future content.

You Are Perfect for This Role If You Are…

  • Creative & Trend-Savvy: You stay ahead of social media trends and know how to craft compelling content that resonates.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for design and aesthetics, ensuring all content is visually cohesive and engaging.
  • Strategic & Analytical: You’re comfortable diving into metrics and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Organized & Proactive: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying on top of deadlines.
  • Strong in Communication: You can craft engaging captions, ad copy, and community responses that align with our brand voice.

We’d Love It If You Have…

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content, preferably for a brand.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
