Responsibilities:

• Perform snow removal for residential and commercial properties, including driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots.
• Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, blowers, and shovels safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all areas are cleared and safe for access, following safety standards and guidelines.
• Monitor weather conditions to anticipate snow removal needs and respond in a timely manner.
• Communicate with property owners and supervisors regarding snow removal progress and any additional needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in snow removal or related outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment (plows, blowers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability during the winter season.
