Visit sahuaritaaz.gov andtucsonaz.gov ( to learn more.   **What You Will Do** + Identify system constraints and proactively pursues elimination of them through the continuous improvement cycle. + Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures and reduces production costs through development of maintenance methods to improve process efficiency and reliability. + Lead others and/or performs root cause analysis of equipment failures. Acts as a subject matter expert as required and assists in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies. + Research new reliability processes and identifies methods to predict and improve reliability. + Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and sets expectations within the department for precision maintenance. + Review and establish Key Performance Indices for equipment. + Identify PM opportunities and maintenance plans by leading failure mode and effect analysis. + Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and identifies reports to measure health indicators. + Proactively develops and provides safety perspective for equipment and processes; makes recommendations of engineering solutions or methods to eliminate hazards. + Perform other duties as required. **What You Bring To Freeport** + Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline and five (5) years related experience in Engineering, OR + Master's degree in appropriate Engineering discipline and three (3) years related experience in Engineering. + Proficiency of MS Office suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project + Ability to listen and understand information and ideas and express thought and ideas clearly and concisely through oral and written communication. + Customer focused to provide quality service to improve equipment and process reliability. + Knowledge and understanding of reliability centered maintenance practices. + Experience with engineering design drawings and schematics + Self-starter with solid integrity + Understand the importance of safety, legality and quality. **Preferred Qualifications** **What We Offer You ** The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently  **$98,000-$137,000** . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
