2+ years of experience as a game designer
Experience working on and launching projects
Good knowledge of the game market as well as gaming experience
Creation and management of game documentation: concept documents, GDDs, balance charts
Ability to work with analytics, understanding of product metrics
Ability to set goals and focus on results
Interpersonal skills
