As a Sales Representative at IronCladPlus, you will play a crucial role in sustaining and growing our company's reputation by fostering superb client relationships. Our business model thrives on coordination of benefits for various groups, including labor unions, credit unions, and associations in Southern California.

The ideal candidate will help us expand our territory, reaching more clients and ensuring that existing clients remain satisfied with our services. This role is not just about sales; it’s about building lasting relationships on a foundation of understanding and respect for the workers who form the backbone of unions and associations. You will help educate union members on the benefits they are entitled to and ensure their satisfaction with our offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Initiate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand and advocate the benefits and services provided by IronCladPlus.
  • Deliver presentations and sessions to union members about their benefit options.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with utmost professionalism.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with client interactions, issues, and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay informed about changes in benefits and service provisions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement outreach strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Must reside in California.
  • Able to pass state required background check.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish is a plus.
  • Reliable form of transportation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • No previous experience necessary; however, previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
  • High school diploma required; higher education or certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • A desire for professional development and a willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
