RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify Potential Clients: Seek out and establish connections with potential clients within our target market through door-knocking, networking, and customer referrals.
• Attend Adjuster Meetings: Participate in meetings with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims and ensure accurate damage assessments.
• Conduct Sales Appointments: Provide roof inspections or schedule them for project managers, and secure contracts.
• Collect Payments: Manage customer payments and coordinate job submissions for construction.
• Manage Relationships and Sales Pipeline: Maintain client relationships and manage the sales process to ensure continuous business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve goals by acquiring new business, establishing networking relationships, and utilizing proven strategies in the roofing industry.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
