Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician

Cardinal is seeking people passionate about changing lives of children and dedicated to helping others. Your optimistic, unselfish and caring nature will make you the key member of our clinical team. You'll get to come up with fun ways to work with the kids, making sessions fly by and rooted in the knowledge you are truly making a difference.

Things you'll never forget

Your true talent will come from your ability to engage with others, where your enthusiasm and open friendly communication style will make you a natural at pairing with clients and families.

These skills will lead you to be highly successful as an RBT with Cardinal, and someone others can look to as an example of how to impact the lives of the families we support.

  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions and adhere to ethical guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

  • RBT certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain certification
  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
