We're hiring a Real Estate Manager!

The Real Estate Manager will play a key role in finding vibrant new locations and securing the best deals to fuel Call Your Mother’s ambitious growth plans. Partnering with our executive team, you will manage broker and landlord relationships and build data-driven evaluations to help determine future sites in existing and emerging markets. You will also negotiate letters of intent (LOIs) for identified sites, conduct site approval tours, and present site packages to leadership for approval. As a key player in our expansion efforts, you will work closely with external partners and cross-functional teams to complete due diligence on approved sites, resolve any issues, support efficient lease negotiations, and smoothly hand off to development. This role reports directly to the CEO/Co-Founder.

Your core responsibilities will be:

• Identify high-profile, high-quality sites for new CYM shops in conjunction with executive leadership and real estate brokers.
• Leverage data analytics, local market knowledge, brokers, and cross-functional team members to validate the development plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers to unlock unique real estate opportunities and facilitate growth.
• Negotiate and approve LOI’s, work letters, leases, renewals, closures and other required documents with assistance from executive leadership that align with our business objectives.
• Partner with legal, finance, development, operations and other stakeholders to present, approve and execute on projects.
• Participate in strategic real estate planning to evaluate and identify growth markets, including identifying and justifying new market opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential sites in all current and future market; manage smooth transition to development team
• Travel frequently to key markets, conducting in-depth market research and identifying one-of-a-kind locations for new CYM shops.

You’ll be a great addition to the CYM team if you:

• Have 2-3 years of Real Estate site selection and project management experience; food or retail experience preferred
• Have Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a similar field
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with partners, peers and management
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging retail hotspots, and evolving customer behaviors
• Possess strong verbal, written, networking, and negotiation skills
• Are highly organized and have the ability to manage a high volume of projects at once
• Are eager to join a growing company and help build a brand
• Can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Are highly motivated and are able to work independently with attention to detail, accuracy, documentation and follow-thru
• Can travel frequently to current and future CYM markets
