Job Summary:Mission94 Firearms Education Center is seeking a creative and results-driven Part-Time Social Media Manager/Creator to develop and execute engaging social media content while maintaining brand consistency. This role involves direct collaboration with the Tawani Enterprises Inc. Marketing Team to align with overarching brand strategies while fostering community engagement and growing our digital presence. This role reports directly to the General Manager and Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation & Brand Collaboration
- Develop compelling, on-brand content—including graphics, videos, reels, and captions—for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Coordinate directly with the Tawani Enterprises Inc. Marketing Team to ensure all content aligns with corporate messaging, branding standards, and campaign goals.
- Generate creative concepts that reflect Mission94’s identity while supporting larger brand initiatives.
- Contribute local insights and audience feedback to help shape broader marketing strategies.
- Ensure all content complies with applicable legal and corporate policies related to firearm education, safety, and communications.
- Stay current with platform-specific trends and best practices to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Engagement & Community Building
- Monitor Mission94 on the various social media channels and provide feedback to TEI and M94 Management
- Foster a strong sense of community by engaging with followers and identifying potential partnerships or influencers.
- Collaborate with local and industry voices to expand reach and increase relevance across platforms.
Qualifications & Skills: - Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficient in short-form video production and editing, especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Strong grasp of social media best practices, audience engagement tactics, and platform nuances.
- Skilled with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with a sharp eye for tone and consistency.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Background or interest in firearms education, shooting sports, or outdoor recreation is a plus.
Position Details: - Part-time: Approximately 20-30 hours per week
