Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this remote role, you will manage large-scale software implementations, helping clients achieve their business objectives and operational goals. The position involves occasional travel (around 30%) for customer roll-outs and software implementations.

What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of enterprise software solutions. Your focus will be on managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with customer strategies, policies, and requirements, all while driving the success of the project through effective leadership and communication.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Management & Delivery:
Develop comprehensive project plans that cover resource estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Manage project delivery, ensuring adherence to approved plans, budgets, and objectives while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure that project scope is controlled and any changes are properly managed.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain detailed project documentation for future reference.
Consultative Relationship Building:
Promote the benefits and value of the project, ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
Establish trust and credibility with key client executives and teams through expert guidance and insights.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand the scope of work, proposing additional projects that deliver further value to the client.
Profitability Management:
Manage resource allocation and project chargeability to ensure profitability.
Set realistic expectations with clients regarding project timelines and scope.
Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring clients understand the charges and approving payments.
What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
5+ years of experience managing large-scale software projects, preferably in a client-facing role.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira.
Knowledge of the print industry is desirable.
PMP certification is a plus.
Ability to travel 20% for project needs.
