Job Description

Location: st. paul, mn MUST be onsite within 40 miles and 60 miles of drive

Duration: 1 year+

Overall focus:

Support Project Management needs for various enterprise business and technology projects. This PM consultant will be responsible for successfully completing multiple high-priority projects of various size.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid, depending on project)
• Project execution including establish expectations for key project resources and hold them accountable
• Efficiently create and store meeting notes including key decisions
• Status reporting in compliance with Strategic Initiatives team standards
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Communicate concerns, risks, and successes to the Principal Project Manager and Director, Strategic Initiatives and Data Governance, as appropriate
• Manage backlog for multiple projects
• Research and capture requirements for user stories
• Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews
• Write acceptance criteria
• Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.), as needed
• Ensure timely communication regarding project status, including timeline and holding the team accountable to agreed-upon deadlines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Project Manager
• Understanding of Agile practices
• Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews, capturing requirements, and writing user stories/BRDs
• Working Knowledge of Farm Credit systems and banking
• Skill in planning and implementing large/complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Skill in organizing material and information in a systematic way to optimize efficiency
• Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a problem or issue to find resolution
• Skill in preparing complex, detailed project plans and specifications in an accurate and thorough manner
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Extremely organized with attention to detail
• Any of below Certification
• PMP certified
• SAFe certified
• ADO experience
