Job Title : Project Manager 3

Location: Austin, Texas ( Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager 3 to join our team. This role will oversee and manage large-scale projects, specifically in relation to state government initiatives. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing MIRP (Major Information Resource Projects) and will hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage large-scale state government projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
• Report regularly on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Texas government project regulations and guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative environment with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
