Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of experience to lead and manage complex projects. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery for enterprise GIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to address project challenges
• Monitor project progress, provide regular reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations to align with organizational goals
• Apply advanced project management methodologies and continuous improvement strategies
• Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, GIS, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects
• Advanced knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) required, with advanced certifications preferred

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in Utility or Pipeline sectors is highly desirable
