Job Description

Manufacturers of assorted products using various raw materials, tools, and their own hands. Their primary responsibilities include reading and understanding assembly instructions, knowing and performing best fabrication practices, and ensuring that the required parts are present and meet quality control standards.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Use Smartsheet to track and update production schedule
• Use SAP and Smartsheet to log into and out of job tracker
• Maintain safe workplace practices
• Adhere to assembly safety standards
• Use and understand power equipment and hand tools
• Read and understand product schematics and assembly instructions
• Verify dimensions and product specifications
• Identify raw materials and components related to production
• Ensure that all the required parts for assembly are present
• Identify and perform best practices for adhering raw materials
• Ensure that quality control standards are met
• Verifies conformance of product
• Troubleshoot to minimize problems or recalls
• Report and detail product malfunctions or design errors
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to efficiently fabricate product
• Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with

safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality

• Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations

and always endures duties of high-quality standards

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of fabrication tools and machinery

Physical Demands

• Standing up to 8 hrs, per shift
• Kneeling, bending up to 8 hrs, per shift
• Pushing/Pulling motion with material up to 25 lbs, continuously per shift
• Lifting occasionally up to 50 lbs, up to 8 hrs per shift
