Job Description

Confiz is seeking a driven and strategic Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of product development initiatives. In this role, you will define and prioritize the product roadmap, translate strategic goals into actionable plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in managing the product backlog, writing user stories, and ensuring seamless communication of the product vision.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time.

• Own the product backlog, write user stories, and ensure clear communication of product vision and requirements.

• Engage with stakeholders, gather feedback, and continuously iterate on the product.

• Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform strategic decisions.

• Ensure product development is on track, meet deadlines, and deliver value to customers.

• Lead product launch activities, monitor performance, and ensure the successful adoption of new features.

• Foster an Agile environment by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

• To be useful in translating their company’s strategic plan into the right execution steps and must understand their market and customer needs.

• Serving as a liaison between product and development

• Set the big-picture goals and strategy for their product’s success. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an Agile environment.

• Strong experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in driving product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and market research.

• Ability to translate designs into actionable OKRs, features, and tasks

• Experience in managing sprints across multiple teams including UX, Design, and Development

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.

• A Product Management Bootcamp training is a big plus
