SASMAR is looking for a dedicated Order Fulfillment Officer to join our dynamic team. As a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, our operations span across several global locations, including Brussels, Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago. Our products, including the acclaimed Conceive Plus brand, are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
As an Order Fulfillment Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and timely. You will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with the supply chain, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers proactively.
Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including discrepancies and delays.
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and fulfillment metrics.
Implement and follow best practices in order fulfillment and inventory management.
Assist in improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and provide adequate support.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in order fulfillment or customer service roles is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management is a plus.
