Job Title: Oracle Database Developer

Location: Austin Texas (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in designing and developing Oracle databases for applications, including expertise in PL/SQL, SSL, entity-relationship diagramming, table normalization, and performance tuning on relational databases.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Forms and Reports development and support.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Web PL/SQL development.
• Experience working in a project team environment, following Agile methodologies.
• Ability to conduct thorough testing to ensure accessibility and adherence to existing standards.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with other database technologies, including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Experience leading a database team and providing technical guidance.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Oracle database solutions to support application development and business needs.
• Create and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Web PL/SQL applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure accessibility and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support database administration tasks, including backups, migrations, and troubleshooting.
• Work with various database technologies to integrate and support multi-platform solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor junior database developers, providing guidance and best practices.
• Utilize Power BI to create reports and dashboards as needed.
