What You’ll Do

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure seamless execution
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues
• Coordinate technician schedules, service calls, and project resources for maximum efficiency
• Oversee procurement, material orders, and delivery logistics for projects
• Collaborate with the sales team to transition projects from proposal to execution
• Maintain and submit project documentation, including closeout reports and end-user training
  
   

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Previous experience in operations, project management, or a related field (required)
• Trade/Construction related experience required
• Understanding of low voltage systems preferred (Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion and Fire Alarm, Structured cabling, A/V)
• Electrical experience a plus as well as estimating
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to lead client and team interactions
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering quality results
