Mygrant Glass is Hiring a Day Delivery Driver.
Requirements - Meet delivery schedule in a timely manner.
- Inspect, load, and deliver automotive glass.
- Verify customer order is accurate – quantity and quality.
- Contact supervisor immediately if an error is made.
- Must have the adequate physical strength to frequently unload, load, and lift automotive glass weighing up to 35 pounds with occasional parts weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Delivery of auto glass products to the customer accurately.
- Report any damaged items to your supervisor.
- Safe driving habits at all times.
- Use modern computer systems – iPads and Bluetooth accessories.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are exceeded.
- Job includes sitting, lifting, stooping, and walking.
- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Prepare customer order – cleaning and inspecting glass.
- Package customer orders by providing protective materials attached to the glass.
- Load customer orders into delivery vehicles.
- Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
- Not required – CDL encouraged to apply.
