Find your future with us. **Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Mid-Level Value Stream Integrator (VSI)** to join our VSI team in **Huntsville, Alabama.** **Position Responsibilities:** + Integrate & lead cross-functional team(s) through the value stream (Proposal, Work Induction, Manufacturing, Shipping, Closeout, etc.) + Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners + Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific business operations + As required, assist with develop of Estimates to Completions (ETC) and participate in Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews as required + Participate in monthly Business Operations Reviews + Support the organization to implement strategies and plans + Works under general supervision **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 3+ years' experience in cost, schedule and technical management + 3+ years' experience in partnering with cross-functional teams + 3+ years' experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track performance to plan for a business/organization + Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project + Experience implementing Lean Principles **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor's degree or higher + Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership + Experience leading various problem solving methods (i.e. Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, or other assessment, audit and investigative models) + Experience employing Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques either as a project manager, control account manager, or control account manager assistant + Experience in manufacturing operations, program management, project management and/or business operations **Work Location:** This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
