The Mental Health Professional provides clinical services to individuals under the supervision of the Mental Health Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor or M ental H ealth Director. They conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidenced-based psychotherapeutic interventions. Additionally, they provide mental health consultation and training to facility staff.

Qualified applicants will have one of the following active licenses in the state of Wisconsin: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW)Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training (LPC-IT)Independent licensure is preferred (LPC or LCSW) though LPC-IT and APSW licenses will be considered with relevant work experience. Desired applicants will have experience working with adults with serious & persistent mental illness, assessing suicide risk, crisis de-escalation, and / or prior corrections experience.Schedule for this position is M-F from 8:30am-5pm with rotating weekend (one Saturday & Sunday per month).
