Work Location and Schedule

Join us in Phoenix, AZ! You'll be on the road with our mobile workshop, typically from Monday to Friday, with some travel extending overnight to serve our clientele.

What You’ll Dive Into:

• Conduct systematic testing and repairs for surgical tools.
• Address faults, carrying out essential repairs.
• Disassemble and reassemble devices to ensure functionality.
• Communicate expertly regarding risks and issues.
• Adhere to Standard Work Instructions and ISO goals.

Core Competencies and Skills:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Completion of high school or equivalent (GED)
• At least two years of proven work experience, with clear relevance to the role.
• Strength to lift and transport loads and carts accordingly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet demands.
• Technical certifications or military background can fulfill experience criteria.
• Maintained a spotless driving record for seven years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in delicate soldering tasks.
• Technical/vocational educational qualifications.
• Recognized technical training certifications.
