The Marketing and Special Projects Coordinator is a hybrid between a project manager and a marketing position, assisting the CEO in special projects and initiatives across our four eCommerce companies.

Key Responsibilities - PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Organize and assist the CEO's many open projects, vetting new product ideas, new brands and helping the founder open a new cafe in Nashville. You will become the founder’s right hand for new and exciting projects.
- TASK MANAGEMENT: Assist the CEO in day to day tasks, managing and prioritizing open projects to help the CEO reach ambitious goals. Spear head new initiatives, taking the lead in bringing new product or marketing ideas to market.
- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Create an organic social media strategy to engage each brand with its target customer. Our current social media activity is mostly paid ads - you will supplement paid ads with engaging organic posts. One of our brands regularly gets 1M+ organic views on TikTok - you’ll be responsible for refining and building on our current viral post strategy.
- CREATIVE ASSET PRODUCTION: Produce beautiful, engaging still images and video that resonate with our target audience on social media.
- RETAIL AMBASSADOR: Contact target retail locations for market research on new product and new brand opportunities.
Qualifications - 1+ year managing social media for a consumer brand.
- Must be VERY organized.
- Must be available to work in person (Cool Springs - Franklin, TN) 5 days per week.
Compensation & Benefits - Annual compensation range $60,000 - $65,000, including base salary and performance bonus.
