Your Role and Impact

As a Client Services Manager or Senior Manager, your mission will be to transform how clients understand their consumers or users. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of solutions, adapting to various industry verticals like CPG, healthcare, media, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Strengthen and grow existing client accounts while identifying new opportunities within them.
Build lasting relationships through meetings, presentations, networking, and industry events.
Drive sales to meet ambitious growth targets and increase account revenue.
Present solutions to Fortune 500 companies, aligning them with their long-term business goals.
Stay informed about competitors and articulate our unique advantages.
Leverage CRM tools to foster client retention.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, insights, and R&D, to push growth forward.
Lead and support the RFP/RFI process with a dedicated team.

What You Bring to the Table

3+ years of experience in market research or consumer behavior.
2+ years of sales experience in market research—or a strong passion for transitioning into a commercial role.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and proposal-building skills.
A proven track record in account management and customer communication.
Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English.
A hands-on, team-oriented mentality with strong problem-solving abilities.
Enthusiasm for innovation, consumer insights, and marketing.

Location:

We welcome talent from all regions in the US, though being based in Chicago or NYC is a plus. This role can be fully remote, with optional visits to the office.
