Location: Greater Rochester, NY Area

Rate: $16 per hr.

Position Overview

Our client, a Global Financial Services company is seeking a detail oriented Mail Clerk.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mail Clerk to join the team at our client. In this role, you will work independently to support key operational functions, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards. This position may require occasional overtime to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily return mail by logging it into the system and preparing outgoing packages.
• Validate business addresses by calling clients as needed.
• Deliver exceptional service to the company's clients through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of tasks and processes.
• Perform data entry with a focus on accuracy and prioritization.
• Use systems and software packages such as HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS.
• Support other data entry tasks as required.
• Handle packages and materials, including the ability to lift 10-20 pounds.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow prescribed guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with customer service processes is a plus.
• Experience using business software such as HRIS or Salesforce is desirable.
