Key Responsibilities:
New Business Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and various strategies to expand your network.
Client Acquisition: Work closely with prospects, leveraging internal support to quote and close new business.
Policy Sales: Conduct thorough insurance reviews, offer personalized recommendations, and close sales in a consultative manner.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, address inquiries promptly, and build long-lasting relationships.
Marketing & Networking: Utilize marketing tools and networking opportunities to expand your client base and grow your professional network.
Ongoing Education: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and licensing requirements to offer clients the most current and accurate information.
What You Bring to the Team:
Valid Insurance License: Possession of an active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
Sales or Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in sales or a customer service role is a plus.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
Self-Motivation: The ability to set your own goals, take initiative, and work independently.
Positive Attitude: An optimistic mindset that motivates you and those around you to succeed.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for client management and communication.
