Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM)

Rosenbaum Realty Group is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Agent to help tenants find their perfect home while ensuring maximum occupancy for our rental properties. This role is perfect for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate, leasing, and marketing.

About the Role:

As a Leasing & Marketing Agent , you will:

• Renew leases with current tenants and lease vacant & upcoming properties (single-family homes & apartments).
• Build strong relationships with prospective tenants and property owners.
• Show, market, and close leases to ensure a seamless leasing process.
• This is a full-time, in-office role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Competitive base salary + commission per unit leased (DOE).

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Real Estate License (Required for leasing single-family homes in AZ).
• 1+ year of leasing or property management experience (preferably with single-family homes).
• Excellent communication & sales skills you can build trust and close deals!
• Marketing & Canva experience (a plus) help create visually appealing content.
• Proficiency in office software for data entry and document management.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leasing Management - Handle the leasing process from property showings to lease signings.
• Lease Renewals - Assist in negotiating and renewing existing leases.
• Marketing Support - Oversee marketing efforts, edit content, and ensure strong online visibility.
• Tenant Relations - Provide exceptional service and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Compliance & Documentation - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing laws.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines.
