Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting personnel and visitors using company vehicles, such as cars, vans, or buses while providing excellent customer service. Essential duties include assisting passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, handling luggage, and ensuring a clean and well-maintained vehicle. Drivers may also perform errands to support the company’s operations and monitor vehicle conditions, including fueling and checking fluid levels. This role requires a commitment to safety, professionalism, and a customer-first approach. Salary: $15.00 + TipsResponsibilities

  • Safely transport personnel and visitors between designated locations using company vehicles.
  • Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles and handle baggage or luggage as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles, ensuring they are polished and ready for use.
  • Monitor vehicle conditions, including fueling and checking oil, coolant, and other fluid levels.
  • Perform miscellaneous errands or transportation tasks as directed by management.
  • Adhere to company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service, including addressing passenger inquiries.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance needs, incidents, or accidents to the appropriate personnel promptly.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
  • Prior experience as a shuttle driver or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Subject to random DOT drug testing.Preferred Skills

  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
  • Ability to handle luggage and assist passengers with limited mobility.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry baggage or equipment up to 70 lbs.
  • Must work in varying weather conditions, including rain or extreme heat.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and driving with occasional walking or standing.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
