We are seeking a Lab Systems Specialist for our IT department. LabCorp Lab Systems is a dynamic team that supports a variety of the laboratories. We are in search of a Lab System Specialist to assist with the enhancement, support, and installation of the LMS (Laboratory Management System). This position could require up to 25% travel. **Duties & Responsibilities:** + Conducting file definition/configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for instrument interfaces, automation, services, programs and applications + Providing both on-site and remote training and support prior to, during and post system implementations and conversions + Providing on call support for production systems + Consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives + Preparing Laboratory Bulletins for instrument interfaces, middleware platforms, automation, supporting services, programs and/or applications + Demonstrating high quality work and efficient use of time management **Required Skills and Work Experience:** + A minimum of 7 years of experience + Solid troubleshooting skills for enterprise level production systems, to include instrument interfaces, middleware platforms, and Laboratory Information Systems + Ability to perform file definition and configuration within Laboratory Information Systems, instrument interfaces, and middleware platforms + Ability to create user training documentation using MS Word, MS Excel, Visio and other tools + Ability to take initiative to learn existing applications + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) + Experience in Healthcare applications and systems + Enterprise Systems/Services/Protocols: Cache', Antrim, HL7, ASTM + Operating Systems: Windows, Linux + Tools: MS Word, MS Excel, Visio + Must be able to travel up to 25% + Experience with LCLS, Data innovations, LCWS, and SIS/SRS would be a plus + License/Certification/Education: B.S. or a Medical Technology degree (MT or MLT) preferred, but will consider IT or Lab experience **Application Window closes 5/16/2025** **Pay Range:** $47, 424 - $90,300 annually All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. **Benefits:** Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
