Factory Direct Renovations Group is seeking skilled Cabinet Installers / Carpenters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and surrounding areas to handle a high volume of kitchen and home cabinetry installations. This is a 1099 contractor position with year-round work, pre-sold projects, and performance-based incentives.
You’ll be responsible for the accurate, professional installation of kitchen cabinets and built-ins at the job site. We value skilled craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities:
Install cabinetry, trim, and custom carpentry solutions in residential settings
Follow installation procedures and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site
Respect customer property and maintain a clean, safe work area
Accurately complete paperwork and installation documentation
Maintain a well-stocked vehicle or enclosed trailer with necessary tools and components
Explain care, functionality, and maintenance of installed products to customers
Qualifications:
2+ years of cabinet installation, carpentry, or interior remodeling experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read blueprints, follow detailed instructions, and take accurate measurements
Skilled in using power tools (drills, saws, levels, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (personal enclosed trailer preferred)
Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge is a plus
