Key Responsibilities:

• Execute In-Field Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to ensure seamless execution of retail marketing campaigns and maximize brand visibility.
• Product Knowledge & Performance Reviews: Attend client meetings to stay informed on products and services while providing performance insights.
• Consumer Engagement: Implement localized marketing strategies to connect with target audiences and enhance brand loyalty.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Identify opportunities for customer upgrades and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and launch innovative campaigns aimed at increasing market reach and business growth.
• Project Support: Assist senior marketing staff and associates with the execution of special projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and customers.
• Process Improvement: Ability to assess customer needs and optimize business processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Planning: Skilled in organizing sales activities, tracking performance, and forecasting business growth.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
