Inside Sales Specialist / Remote

$40,000 - $50,000 plus bonuses, benefits, paid time off, and more!

Fulltime - Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm ET (morning team meetings)

Enzymedica, a worldwide leader in the enzyme supplement industry, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist for an outbound sales and customer service opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity with significant potential for growth. The Inside Sales Specialist for Natural Retail Accounts plays a critical role in driving revenue and fostering long-term relationships within the natural supplement retail sector. This position emphasizes proactive customer engagement, with a focus on managing accounts, securing new business, and expanding market presence. A 75/25 split between outbound sales and administrative responsibilities ensures most of the time is spent on sales generation and relationship-building. The ideal candidate has experience in an inside sales role and is motivated, organized, and committed to meeting sales goals, providing outstanding customer service, and meeting / exceeding company objectives. This is an in-office opportunity mainly working on the computer using various applications. Focus minded, detail oriented, and energetic candidates needed.

COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:

· Proven track record of success in inside sales cultivating outbound sales and customer relationships.

· Experience in Sales setting.

· Experience selling dietary supplements is a big plus.

· Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present technical product details confidently.

· A collaborative team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems. Sage and Tableau are pluses.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to change.

· High school diploma or the equivalent required.

· Must participate in ongoing training to ensure knowledgeable and up to date on the product line.

· Other duties as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCATIONS OF THE POSITON:

Sales Activity (75%)

· Travel may be required (10%'ish) for training opportunities, potential trade shows, and visiting our corporate office in Venice, FL 1/2 times a year. Also, upon hired, a 1-week visit will be required to FL for training.

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to grow assigned territories, including cold calls, prospecting, and lead follow-up via phone and email.
  • Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce new product lines.
  • Secure display placements, expand distribution of core items, and successfully launch new products within retail accounts.
  • Deliver technical product information and training through webinars, phone calls, and in-person sessions to ensure customer confidence and education.
  • Monitor and achieve assigned sales quotas, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends, relaying insights to management.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events to build brand awareness and foster new relationships.

Sales and Customer Support Activity (25%)

  • Accurately process orders received through multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate setup of new customer accounts in the ERP system, adhering to the application process.
  • Monitor open orders, managing credit reviews, delivery timelines, and product availability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate tradeshow logistics, including booth bookings and preparation of promotional materials.
  • Issue credit memos and handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the CRM and ERP systems, tracking all communications and activities.
  • Provide weekly sales reports and updates to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all Enzymedica, Inc. policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.

· Participate in Performance Improvement and safety initiatives, including job related and annual training(s), i.e., cGMP, SQF.
