💰 Pay: $120,000–$150,000/year + Bonus Opportunities

Your Role as Immigration Attorney:

As an Immigration Attorney at our firm, you'll lead with heart and skill—representing clients through the complexities of U.S. immigration law. From court appearances to strategic filings and consultations, your work will directly impact families and futures.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Advocacy & Case Management
• Represent clients in EOIR court for Master and Merits Hearings
• Conduct consultations, prepare clients for interviews, and coordinate with government agencies
• Draft motions, judgments, and legal filings

🔹 Team Leadership & Legal Oversight
• Lead and mentor your legal team (assistant and paralegal)
• Oversee case preparation and ensure timely, accurate filings
• Maintain strict client confidentiality and up-to-date case files

What You Need to Succeed:

Key Competencies:
• Strong legal writing, courtroom, and client communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management—able to handle shifting priorities independently
• Leadership mindset with the ability to support and direct legal staff

Qualifications:
• JD and license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• 3+ years of immigration law experience, including family and employment-based immigration
• Experience in removal defense and immigration court litigation
