RESPONSIBILITIES

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment for all assigned jobs at various career levels (including Director and above) from opening jobs to onboarding. This includes:

  • Assist with posting and refreshing job listings to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company (from entry level to executive positions).
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate skills assessments specific to each role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs of each position.
  • Identify and use alternative methods to source candidates (other than just job ads) for unique positions as well as innovative approaches to recruiting passive talent.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Organize and track candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current on employment law changes as well as federal compliance. Ensures all federal, state, and local compliance requirements are met.
  • Update and maintain onboarding / new hire materials.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

The Recruitment Manager must be an engaging and dynamic person that creates an excellent first impression of our company to applicants, while also clearly explaining our culture and the opportunity presented to applicants joining the team. In addition, the role requirements include:

  • Must be a quick study, willing to invest time learning the renewable energy industry and specifics about each role on our team.
  • Relevant experience in HR or talent acquisition preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $70,000 and $80,000 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and SolRiver reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, SolRiver or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
