Job Description
SATO America - Charlotte, NC is seeking highly motivated, career focused, printing Press Operator. As a flexographic operator you will be responsible for performing complex Die-cut jobs, including ]]]make-ready]]] for each job, working from copy card specifications, cylinders and die chases on narrow (13 inch) web tag and label die-cutters. Additionally, you will be responsible to perform routine machine maintenance, maintain quality standards facilitating quick turn times and achieve production goals.\

Qualified candidates will possess:\
\
3-5 years flexographic press experience\
Preference Mark Andy P5 series experience\
Good mechanical ability\
Superior trouble shooting skills\
Quick learning aptitude\
Strong math skills (measurements, percentages, figure footage, etc.)\
Ability to easily communicate verbally -and hearing/listening. \
Focus on objects -good vision\
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. \
Schedule:\
\
2nd Shift Schedule: 4 days, 10 hour shift - 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM -Fridays overtime.\
