We are seeking a qualified attorney licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina.
Divorce - Family Law AttorneyClient, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializes in family law and immigration law while also addressing various other legal matters. We are not your typical law firm. With a focus on growth and innovation, we are seeking an Associate Attorney who is ready to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional legal representation to clients.

Responsibilities:Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to develop case strategies
Prepare for and attend court appearances
Draft correspondence and legal documents
Meet billing requirements
Acquire new cases
Be prepared to travel to neighboring counties if necessary
Assign tasks to paralegals and legal assistants and oversee their work
Provide guidance and motivation to team members
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
Minimum of two (2) years of legal experience as an attorney, with experience in family law
Demonstrated capacity to handle cases and clients independently after an orientation and monitoring period
Strong communication, research, and writing skills
Willingness to work diligently to ensure top-notch client service and results
Positive and uplifting attitude
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and promote a collaborative environment
Professional and empathetic communication style with clients
