  • We are looking for a currently licensed Louisiana Property and Casualty license individual or someone with at least two years insurance experience willing to get licensed within 30 days of hire.  A Louisiana Life, Accident license is a definite plus!

Mission of the Insurance Producer

  • The mission of the Producer is to serve and grow the book of clients assigned to you by providing extraordinary service, educating the customer, identifying revenue growth opportunities and generating referrals. Account managers focus on growth within their current book of business while also backing up their co-workers.
  • Maintain a 93% Premium Retention Rate on the book of business assigned to them.
  • Sell at least 25 policies per month with a minimum premium of $40,000 by following our sales process and maintaining a close rate of over 50%
  • Identify training needs with assistance from managers. Develop a personal improvement plan and take responsibility for learning and improving technical and sales skills regularly.
  • Generate additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features and generating referrals for new business.
  • Transfer non-license work to the Account Technician so you can focus on revenue saving or generating activities.
  • Maintain a positive work attitude and participate in our marketing efforts.
