**What We’re Looking For:**
- Experience: 1-3 years of agency recruiting (bonus for legal or manufacturing recruiting experience).
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a personable, positive attitude.
- Coachability: Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow.
- Self-Motivated: Able to handle high-volume outreach (75-100 calls/day).
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Phone Ninja: Thrive on sourcing top talent through proactive phone networking.
