We're looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. Responsibilities:

Provide expert estate planning services, including meeting with clients, understanding their goals, and developing tailored strategies.
Draft and prepare comprehensive estate planning documents that align with the client's needs and objectives.
Manage matters from start to finish, ensuring smooth processes and clear communication throughout.
Collaborate with clients on their estate planning goals and provide professional guidance on topics such as finance, investments, and taxes.
Use case management and timekeeping software to maintain efficient and accurate records.
Stay up to date with estate planning best practices and legal developments.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on estate planning experience, managing cases from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of finance, investments, and tax principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, timekeeping systems, and case management software.
Experience with Wealth Counsel drafting is preferred.
A background in tax law or CPA designation is a plus.
A transferable book of business is highly valued.
